Systems that fit how the business actually runs

I'm the EIS/IT Manager for Business Systems and Applications at Franklin Baker Company of the Philippines, a manufacturer where I've worked since 2007, growing from technical support to leading the company's business systems and the Plant IT function.

I design and build the systems operations teams rely on every day: ERP customizations in NetSuite and Acumatica, web applications, BI dashboards, automated workflows and the integrations that connect them.

My work starts with the business requirement, not the technology. I analyse how a process runs today, design the data behind it, then build a tool people actually use. Underneath it, I run the infrastructure that keeps it all available: servers, networks, security and backup.
